Mission & Objectives:
Ensure all participants learn football fundamentals, as well as team play, good sportsmanship and fair play,
in a manner that allows them to enjoy the game of football.
Make sure that each and every player receives the opportunity to maximize their individual potential through fair
and equitable treatment including full and equal participation for all players.
Provide equipment, facilities and instruction that are consistent with safe play.
Prepare participants for higher levels of football play.
Make up of teams:
Ages: As of September 1st

7-8
The goal at each level is to have 4 teams per level. The assigning of players to teams is based on
experience and skill level as determined by the coaches.
The goal is to create equal teams so each player can have a fair and enjoyable experience.
The process follows a draft where players are assigned to teams following these considerations.
The players of the head and assistant coach will be assigned to the respective team.
Remaining players are evenly divided based on skill and ability within each division
through the draft process with oversight by the Flag Committee and selected assistants.
Goal is to have 8-9 players per team. 7 on 7 play.
Everybody plays. Coaches MUST attempt to provide equal playing time for each player.
